My interests lie in natural health and well-being, Reiki, Reflexology and holistic therapies. I am a believer that eating healthily and undertaking activity is vital to our health and well-being - but unfortunately I do not always practice this as much as I should. My passion is Reflexology an interest in which started in 2003 - I offer this using organic products from the Neal's Yard Remedies range.  I am also passionate about Usui Reiki and Angelic Reiki..  and am enjoying my spiritual journey. I sit slightly in the 'medical camp' being a Foot Health Practitioner and spend my days in the Foot Health Clinic cutting and thinning nails, removing corns and callus and generally making feet less painful.  It really is a pleasure seeing people enter the clinic in pain and come out saying they are 'walking on air'.....
